Return Policy & Return Form
We process orders within 1–3 business days. You may cancel your order within 3 days before the regular delivery period ends. Additionally, you have a 30-day return policy.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
If you return an item at your own expense, you are responsible for the shipping costs. The amount depends on the selected shipping carrier.
If the received item is damaged or defective due to our fault, you will not bear the return shipping costs.
To ensure quick processing and refund, please include a note in the return package with the customer’s name, order number, email address, and reason for return.

Introduction Consumers are entitled to a return right under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activities.
Cancellation Fee: An order may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged to discourage impulsive or bulk purchases.
Logistics Fee for Package Refusal: To avoid unnecessary shipping and handling costs, we charge a logistics fee of $15 if: • A delivery is refused at the door by the recipient. • A package is not picked up from a pickup station or carrier within the pickup window and is returned to us.
This fee covers the resulting shipping and handling costs and will automatically be deducted from the refund in case of a return.
Please ensure you accept or pick up your package on time to avoid additional costs. Thank you for your understanding!
Return Right You have the right to return this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The return period is 30 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods. To exercise your return right, you must contact us at: help@caalita.com with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached return form, but it is not required. To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice before the return period expires.
Consequences of Return If you return this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from a different type of delivery you chose that is not our standard delivery), without undue delay and within 14 days from the day we received notice of your return. We will use the same payment method you used unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier. You must send back the goods without delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the day you informed us about the return. Please send returns to: Yunling Warehouse, Niushan Zhong Wu Wei, Dongcheng, 523000 Dongguan, China. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period ends. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. You must pay for any loss in value if it results from handling not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Return The return right expires prematurely for sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal was removed after delivery.

Please avoid damage and contamination. Return items in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if needed. If you no longer have the original packaging, use suitable packaging to prevent damage.
