Scope of Application 1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") of Gaifang Lei, operating under "MilleniumScale Limited" ("Seller"), apply to all sales contracts concluded between a consumer or business customer ("Customer") and the Seller via the Seller's online store. 1.2 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes which are not primarily attributable to commercial or independent professional activity. 1.3 A business customer is any natural or legal person who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

  2. Conclusion of Contract 2.1 Product descriptions in the online store do not constitute binding offers by the Seller but are invitations to submit an offer by the Customer. 2.2 Customers submit a binding offer by completing the checkout process and clicking the final order button. 2.3 The Seller may accept the offer within five (5) business days by order confirmation via email, shipping of goods, or payment request. If no response is made within this period, the offer is deemed rejected. 2.4 When selecting PayPal as the payment method, the contract is concluded at the moment the customer confirms payment via PayPal. 2.5 Order details are sent to the customer via email and not stored for further access. 2.6 The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate input before completing an order. Browser zoom tools may help identify errors. 2.7 The language of contract is English. 2.8 Order confirmations and communication generally take place via email. Customers must ensure correct email addresses and check spam filters accordingly.

  3. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy) 3.1 Consumers generally have a right to return products within 30 days. 3.2 Further information is provided in the return policy section of the website.

  4. Prices and Payment Terms 4.1 Prices shown are final and include applicable US taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are shown separately. 4.2 Available payment options are displayed at checkout. 4.3 When using Shopify Payments, Stripe Payments US Inc. processes transactions. Additional conditions may apply.

  5. Delivery and Shipping Terms 5.1 Products are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. 5.2 If a shipment is undeliverable due to the Customer's fault (e.g., incorrect address), the Customer may be responsible for additional fees. 5.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. 5.4 If supply shortages occur due to supplier issues not caused by the Seller, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the Customer. 5.5 Self-collection is not available.

  6. Retention of Title Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received.

  7. Warranty (Defects Liability) 7.1 For consumers, statutory warranty rights apply. 7.2 For business customers:

  • Warranty claims must be made within one year of delivery.

  • Used items are sold as-is.

  • Warranty does not restart upon replacement. 7.3 These limitations do not apply in cases of fraud, personal injury, or where legally excluded.

  1. Applicable Law These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict of law provisions. Consumers are also protected by any applicable mandatory local laws.

  2. Alternative Dispute Resolution MilleniumScale Limited does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration boards. However, we encourage you to contact our support team for any issues or disputes.
